SphereUs℠ Text Messaging Consent & Opt-In
How SphereUs℠ Corporation collects consent before sending SMS text messages, what those messages contain, and how to stop receiving them.
- You create a SphereUs℠ account and reach the profile screen, where you enter your own mobile phone number. The field is empty and is never pre-populated.
- On the phone verification screen, the consent disclosure below is displayed directly beside the phone number and the “Send Verification Code” button.
- No text message is sent until you actively tap “Send Verification Code” and request a code.
- You then enter the six-digit code you received to confirm your number.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may create an account and use SphereUs℠ without agreeing to receive text messages.
